CANCELLATION POLICY
•24-hour notice required to cancel or reschedule. •Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 24 hours or no show. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may be charged 50–100% of the service cost. •No-call/no-shows can be charged 100% of the service and may be blocked from future bookings. •There’s a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals; after that, the appointment may be shortened, rescheduled, or canceled with possible fees. •A deposit is required when booking and will be applied toward cancellation/no-show fees if applicable.
